Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Computer Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop computer hardware components and systems, including circuit boards, processors, memory devices, and networking equipment.
2. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate hardware components into comprehensive computing systems.
3. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of computer hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
4. Analyze user requirements and technical specifications to design custom computing solutions tailored to specific needs.
5. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance and improve computer engineering practices.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
7. Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.
8. Participate in project planning and execution, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
9. Document engineering processes, designs, and specifications for future reference and replication.
10. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to procure necessary hardware components and tools.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in computer engineering, with a focus on hardware design, development, and testing.
3. Proficiency in hardware description languages (e.g., VHDL, Verilog) and circuit design software (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence).
4. Strong programming skills in languages such as C, C++, and Python.
5. Familiarity with industry-standard hardware interfaces and protocols (e.g., PCIe, USB, Ethernet).
6. Experience with simulation and modeling tools for analyzing and optimizing hardware designs.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
9. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing project requirements and priorities.
10. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements for computer hardware design and manufacturing.
